What to tell the taxi
«Avenida da Liberdade cento e doze, em frente ao Tivoli» — number 112, opposite the Tivoli side. Drivers know the block; they do not know the house, because the sign is a brass plate the size of a paperback.
There is no stopping bay on the avenue. Ask the driver to turn into Rua Rosa Araújo and call us on +351 21 340 77 80; a porter will come out for the luggage.

How fast do you reply?
Within a few hours between 08:00 and 22:00 Lisbon time, and the same day otherwise. If you need an answer immediately, telephone — the desk is staffed at night.
Can I hold dates without paying?
Yes. We take no prepayment and no card imprint. A booking is held on your word, free to cancel up to 48 hours before arrival, and settled on departure.
Do you take group or whole-house bookings?
Up to twelve rooms for a family or a company, and the whole house of forty-two keys is available outside July and August. Write to [email protected] with the dates and the headcount.

Call the reception. We keep found property for ninety days and ship anywhere at cost. Passports and documents we will courier the same day.
